It is not a secret that we are part of the Balearic’s smallest island, thus our challenge still keeps using and taking advantage of all our natural resources to convert a simple dinner into a true experience. Nine dishes, especially conceived for gastronomic lovers, gourmets and experts, in which we mix traditional techniques with existing products or vice versa. There are no rules – more radical than ever!
Gastronomy could be described as a way to communicate. So our mission also relies on explaining why we dry figs or fish, why we produce sausages or charcuterie or why cod is eaten on the island. Therefore we want to inform about this and go even beyond. And there is no better way to transmit our history than through the senses and the experience.
